Our proposals are our custom solution to your problem. How can we understand your problems and the limitations of your system if we have never seen it? Overall over-the-phone proposals are not a good idea. In order to help you understand why here is our Top 10 Reasons to See Us list:

  1. The Better Business Bureau and numerous HVAC trade associations say its a bad idea to not meet your contractor face-to-face.
  2. An installation is 80% installer and 20% equipment. Normally the equipment does not ship defective but perfectly good equipment can fail if not installed properly. How can you assess the training and expertise of the installing company over the phone?
  3. It is impossible to see how big of an A/C you need on the phone. That takes seeing how and where the heat interacts in your home. Most systems are size improperly by the builder.
  4. Phone Proposals lend themselves to prices for boxes but an air conditioning system is not a box. Its not like buying a TV. Improper installation causes equipment failure or at minimum short equipment life and high energy bills.
  5. Your new equipment will be under warranty. Do you trust your installing company to be around long enough to warranty it, especial if it broke down due to improper installation?
  6. More bang for your buck. If you let us see you and take the time to invest in your purchase we can solve multiple problems at once. Even ones that you didn't think were solvable.
  7. No surprises. Nothing is worse than reserving a day for an install and then the installers find out that the (Insert Equipment Type Here) doesn't fit in the space they thought they had. And its all because no one ever measured the area and now they have to wait for a new part and the job is going to run over into the next day.
  8. No two contractors are created equally. Can you tell the difference over the phone?
