We currently are searching for: We service and install only residential systems. All employees must be able to interact with customers daily and speak understandable English. Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required. 3+ years of experience is preferred.

Those who work above and beyond what is asked for are more than adequately compensated. Must be an experienced installer capable of handling one man installation jobs as well as leading a residential install crew. Must have positive attitude, be a team player, motivated to exceed, willing to train less experience installers, quick learner, respectful of fellow employees and management, and have good customer service skills. Ability to work independently, efficiently, and start jobs by yourself is essential. Must have 3+ years experience in residential diagnostic work. Positive, teachable attitude is a must. Physical health and ability is important. Will be required to lift heavy equipment and work in hot attics. Good Interpersonal skills are essential. Need to be a team player, motivated to exceed, quick learner, respectful of fellow employees and management, and have good customer service skills. Ability to work independently, efficiently, and start jobs by yourself is essential. The bar is set high for fresh graduates, as well, but so are the rewards! We need people with great interpersonal skills, a willingness to grow and learn within a team environment, and other personal qualities we expect from our senior technicians and from everyone at Aardvark A/C & Heating.
